Molly McKinley

Physiotherapist

Molly is a qualified Physiotherapist with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University, alongside additional qualifications in Level 3 Sports Massage and Pitch-Side First Aid. Throughout her training, she gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, neurorehabilitation, community services, and women’s health.

Alongside her clinical placements, Molly developed a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy through experience working with the Motherwell FC Physiotherapy team and running her own sports massage practice within a private gym in Glasgow. She regularly assesses and manages clients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, combining hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and patient education to support recovery and long-term self-management.

As a competitive cheerleader, Molly has a personal understanding of the physical demands of sport and the challenges that can accompany injury and rehabilitation. Her sporting background has strengthened her passion for helping individuals return to the activities they enjoy, whether competing at a high level, maintaining an active lifestyle, or improving everyday movement and function.

Molly is passionate about helping people regain confidence in movement and achieve their individual goals. She believes in delivering evidence-based, person-centred care and works collaboratively with each patient to create realistic, achievable rehabilitation plans that support long-term health, performance, and wellbeing.
