Joe is a qualified physiotherapist with a master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine from the University of Bradford. Over the last three years, he has gained extensive experience working in elite sport, providing care to male and female athletes at national age-group levels. His role has covered all aspects of injury management, from acute pitch-side care to post-operative rehab and long-term injury prevention.
His high-performance background has refined his ability to deliver evidence-based, individualised rehab programs that restore function and optimise performance, from returning to sport or improving everyday movement, he focuses on guiding patients through recovery with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
