Teresa Harvey

Teresa worked in Nursing specialising in neurological and spinal injuries for 10 years before re-training to study osteopathy, graduating with a first-Class Honours degree in 1998. 

She built the clinics over the last 15 years after working in London and overseas with spinal consultants and other professionals to develop her skills and offer patients the best treatments available. 

She applies a variety of skills during her treatments applying joint manipulations as well as stretching and articulatory techniques depending on the needs of the patient. She also uses Acupuncture and laser therapy where appropriate. She is trained in clinical rehabilitation Pilates and leads small group classes in clinic.

She enjoys treating the whole person, not just the symptoms they present with. She is interested in maintaining health and giving patients the care and tools to be as mobile and healthy as they can be whatever age. 

She enjoys weight training, Pilates and walking her dogs to maintain health.
